* Due to changes in recycling and trash removal over all in the
state the cost of having a dumpster for the yardsale has
escalated to over $548. That said, ELS may not be able to
provide the HOA with a dumpster for the annual yardsale. The
HOA will also no longer be able to afford to pay for a dumpster
for the 2nd yardsale. We do not even have enough HOA
members to cover the cost of a dumpster. We will keep you
posted on this.
** Monthly Board Meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of every month
@ 7 p.m. And also on four Saturdays throughout the year. See
the full calendar for all dates -- All are Welcome! If you are
unable to attend you can find the minutes on the Board page of
the site.
