About CMHOA
If you're like us, you chose to live in Camelot because of its
quiet residential lifestyle. You have made a substantial
investment in your property, one that depends on keeping
Camelot an exceptional community; a community we are all
proud to be part of.
We are the Camelot Meadows Homeowners Association
(CMHOA), a volunteer group made up entirely of property
owners like you. You and CMHOA can do what an individual
homeowner can't always do. When you come to us for help, we
can put the strength of the CMHOA to work for you. Together we
provide a unified and respected front with Management,
Government, and elsewhere. We know which meetings to
attend, when to write letters (and, more importantly, where to
send them), and what to say to whom. We are far stronger than
any homeowner acting individually.
This website is part of an effort by the CMHOA to increase
communication with residents and our members. Our goal is to
let you know about our own activities as well as about issues
and events that affect residents of our neighborhood. In addition
to our newsletter, Community Bulletin Board, and regular
meetings, we will try to let you know about current events and
issues as they happen via this site, mail & email. We hope
everyone who lives in Camelot will give us their current mailing
& email addresses so that we can keep in touch with you.
The Camelot Home Owners Association (CMHOA) meets the
2nd Saturday of each month in the Club House at 10 a.m. All
are welcome to attend. If you are interested in becoming a
Board or Committee Member, please fill out the Contact Us
sheet and specify your interest.
If you are interested in becoming a board member send your
resume/biography to the board so we can share your
information with the other Home Owners. Resumes/Bios should
be received no later than April 2nd so it can be included in the
Spring Newsletter and Ballot mailing. Elections are held
annually in May, with results announced at the June Annual HOA
meeting in the Rose Garden.
